LAS VEGAS & WEST POINT, N.Y., May 14, 2026 – Army West Point Athletics and Veteran Benefits Guide, an organization dedicated to helping Veterans maximize their VA benefits, has announced a new multi-year partnership spanning multiple Black Knights athletic programs.
This partnership marks a major step in VBG’s national growth strategy and its entry into collegiate athletics.
“VBG was built around a commitment to those who have worn the uniform,” said VBG Co-founder and CEO Josh Smith, a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran. “Army West Point is where that path begins for many, and we’re honored to stand alongside an institution that develops leaders defined by service.”
We are proud to welcome Veteran Benefits Guide to the Army West Point Athletics family,” said Army West Point Director of Athletics Tom Theodorakis. “VBG’s commitment to serving those who have worn the uniform aligns naturally with the values of our Academy and our cadet-athletes. This partnership reflects a shared dedication to leadership, service and supporting the military community both during and after service.
As part of the agreement, VBG will be prominently featured across Army West Point’s home football, men’s and women’s basketball, hockey and lacrosse games.
Army West Point Sports Properties, the locally based team of Learfield – the media and technology company powering college athletics – is the exclusive multimedia rights holder for Army West Point Athletics and oversees all sponsorship arrangements on behalf of the Black Knights.
